My task is to provide an excellent and warm environment for our guests at them Mera Hotel & Spa. Our hotel is as unique as our guests and I therefore have a daily challenge to accomplish this. In order to accomplish this I first have to make my staff happy, because only happy people can fullfill guest’s expectations. And then come the owners: My task is to make them happy and satisfied, too. Without their investment we would not be here! And they have deserved a return of their investment, of course!

I’ve joined Legend Hotels in 2007 to lead sales at Hotel Telegraaf. My main task was to promote and sell Telegraaf services to affluent international guests visiting Tallinn.
Within few years, Hotel Telegraaf became a landmark and “must-to-stay” place in Tallinn’s Old Town.
With a solid knowledge of Russian market, I’m also in charge of coordinating sales in Russia for all our hotels.

How owner’s dreams become to reality? My main task to provide science of business administration in Albert Hotel (Riga). I run the hotel as operational manager since 2009, but Have been working with Albert Hotel management team from the beginning. Albert went through big success (2006-2008), deep crisis (2009-2010), growing stage (2011-2013). Through all this periods our clients’ satisfaction was the main target for all of our teams. Now Albert is showing art of operational clock work, hope that Albert will continue to develop our product and make Legends become to reality.
