I am the one who deals with the company’s future and those projects that are still to be made legends. The majority of organisation and clients will see the work I am doing today after several years have passed. Thus, it could be said that I am a visitor from the future in the office.

I am the member of the development team, who turns dreams into reality. Although we create them with a whole team, somebody has to create preliminary vision so that the product would be special.

I am keeping an eye on how our high standard services, nice facilities and great staff is translated into the language of numbers. With my help our team can visualise the past, understand where we are now and use that knowledge to make decisions about the future.

I am proud to be a part of the opening team of Mera Spa Hotel in 2012, which was converted into Sopot Marriott Resort & Spa in 2017.

My co-workers call me “the master of organization”, as I manage my time perfectly keeping  work -life balance at the proper level. I have grown together with GOSPA since 2004 when I started as the hotel receptionist. The desire to develop and yearning for knowledge has led me to manage the first wellness hotel in Estonia. I have been open to all opportunities, learned from the experience of my superiors and from my own mistakes. I believe that the most important thing is the people who surround us. Good products are never created without a good team. GOSPA’s own people make it the special place that it is.

I joined the Hotel Telegraaf team in 2010. Originally trained as a nurse, I have a Bachelor degree in psychology which comes in handy when working with people every day. I have over 20 year experience working in the hospitality industry and truly love to offer “Exactly Like Nothing Else” service which is the passion of Marriott’s Autograph Collection brand.

Marcin Galazka

I started my adventure with Legend Hotels as “Chief” Operations upon preopening time at Sound Garden Hotel Airport in Warsaw and now running this extraordinary place as General Manager.

There is always battle which is ongoing: with our weaknesses, barriers, unknown, new challenges and that what we face day to day operations.

With energetic attitude, enthusiasm, open mind, creativity, experience from Marriott International and Louvre Hotels Group I am more than happy that all above can be mixed in Sound Garden Team.
